Branch Manager

Mosquito and Pest Authority is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations and performance across our Dallas–Fort Worth and Tyler, Texas markets
. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you’ll lead regional growth, service delivery, safety, compliance, and team development while keeping both branches aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can grow revenue, build a high-performing team, deliver excellent customer service, and manage performance against financial and operational targets.

• Drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets across both locations.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Franchisor Support Staff on customer acquisition and retention.

• Maintain high service standards and ensure teams follow operational protocols and best practices.
• Partner with the Customer Service team to support effective routing, prompt response times, and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and refine retention strategies.
• Address customer concerns promptly to support customer satisfaction.

• Ensure operations comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including pest control licensing requirements and safety protocols.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, regular meetings, and safety program audits.

• Help recruit, train, and mentor key staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when needed.
• Oversee day-to-day market operations and keep both branches aligned with company goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.
• Manage regional budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop corrective action plans.

• Current Commercial Applicator License issued by the Texas Department of Agriculture

Compensation: $65,000.00 per year
