Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Store Manager role is based in the College Station–Bryan area. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing workflow in the service bays, and ensuring an efficient and professional customer experience. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, enforcing retail loss prevention practices, and maintaining store appearance and safety standards. The Store Manager also handles scheduling, training, and coaching team members, as well as resolving customer concerns and supporting overall business growth.
Qualifications- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Store Management experience, including overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, and performance.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets and ensure compliance.
- Previous experience in automotive, tire services, or related retail environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, motivating, and developing team members.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or automotive-related education is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or extended hours as business needs require.
