CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator in Wood Products to join our team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, motivated, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced production environment.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to machine materials by engineered specifications and job orders.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job tickets to determine dimensions and cutting parameters.
• Configure, calibrate, and manage feeds and speeds to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate production and quality logs, including machine actions and performance data.
• Verify that finished components meet required qty and quality expectations.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Entry level is acceptable for training purposes. Experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation, tooling, and setup.
• Proficient in MPR programming and G Code machining technology (preferred).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Comfortable working overtime and weekends as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with variable temperatures.
