Visionz Designs seeks an experienced Lead Screen Print Press Operator. Reporting to the Screen Print & Embroidery Manager, the successful candidate will set up and operate an automatic screen printing press, ensuring timely delivery of orders. A keen eye for quality control and the ability to spot and troubleshoot defects are essential.

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses to print apparel such as t‑shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other items.
• Load screens, inks, and squeegees into the press.
• Follow job tickets and artwork specifications for correct placement, registration, and color.
• Perform QC checks during print runs and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Follow instructions from the manager and adhere to production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Break down the press after runs, removing screens, ink, and squeegees.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules to keep a safe, organized workspace.
• Work in other departments as required.

• Minimum 3 years operating automatic screen printing presses.
• Experience with ROQ or similar automatic printing presses is preferred.
• Knowledge of screen meshes, squeegee durometers, ink types, and garment styles.
• Familiarity with 5S practices is a bonus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to a changing work environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
