Electromechanical Technician

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a­­­­­­­­
Electromechanical Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­
Irving, TX. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $40-$42/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2p-10:30p

Duration: 3-months – temp to perm based on performance and budget.

Overview:

• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work.
• Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, TPM functions, equipment set-up and center lining.
• Complete size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.
• Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision.
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
• Utilize SAP CMMS to complete work.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of related experience required
.

Automated/Robotics experience required
.

SAP experience is preferred
.

cGMP experience desired.
