Once an order for a sign is taken, our Sr. Production Manager makes sure everyone is on point from there to completion. You are an organized, detail-oriented person who can see both the big picture and the small details that determine whether a job succeeds. You anticipate problems before they become problems, communicate well with many different types of people, manage priorities and deadlines, and enjoy making people and processes work better together.

You understand that winning doesn’t mean keeping everyone busy—it is about getting the correct, beautiful sign completed and installed on time and within budget. You have a strong sense of ownership, know how to hold yourself and others accountable, and are interested in continuing to grow as a leader as our company grows.

As our Senior Production Manager, you will oversee the flow of sign projects from pre-production through fabrication and installation/delivery. You will verify Bills of Material, drawings and order details before jobs enter production to minimize waste, mistakes and rework. You will help the Production team schedule and complete work efficiently while coordinating purchasing, permitting/engineering, vendors, production, installation and change orders.

You will be a strong communicator and time manager, coordinating with our Production team, installers, customers, general contractors, engineers, vendors and other partners to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly.
