- Oversee field safety for 50+ team members.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, client HSE requirements, and company safety policies.
- Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments (JSAs).
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop emergency response plans and manage incident reporting.
- Ensure PPE readiness, safe driving practices, and safety training compliance.
Preferred Experience: Field safety, EHS/HSE coordination, and oil & gas or industrial operations.
