Digital Experience Specialist

Shape how a global technology brand shows up online, from the page structure to the standards behind it.

• Digital Experience Strategy & Optimization:
• Develop and optimize digital experiences aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and UX standards, shaping content hierarchy, information architecture, and user journeys so product information reads clearly on the web.
• Lead discovery conversations to clarify audiences, customer tasks, business goals, and measures of success before page structures or solutions are defined.
• Partner with stakeholders through page frameworks and intake briefs that guide subject matter experts toward clear, consistent, accurate content.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
• Serve as a digital experience partner for assigned business units and marketing stakeholders.
• Build productive relationships, understand business priorities, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable content plans.
• Present recommendations, navigate feedback, and constructively challenge requests to improve digital experience effectiveness.
• Project & Task Management:
• Manage digital initiatives from requirements gathering through review, approval, publication, and completion, partnering with design, development, and content strategy teams.
• Proactively communicate progress, identify blockers, and resolve issues.
• Digital Experience & Scalability:
• Collaborate with UX and design teams to ensure content supports intuitive, consistent, customer-centered experiences.
• Apply established content guidelines, templates, and digital experience standards, identifying opportunities to improve content clarity, organization, and effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation of content standards, templates, reusable frameworks, and governance guidelines, and share updates with the teams who rely on them.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in UX, web content, or web project management, including exposure to page templates or content frameworks used by authors across multiple business units.
• Experience running discovery or intake with internal clients, turning loosely defined requests into structured briefs that define audience and success measures before any page was built.
• Experience documenting templates, accessibility requirements, or design system standards and kept current as frameworks changed.
• Fluency in web writing fundamentals (information architecture/taxonomy), including heading levels, scannable page structure, and recommendations on how to present copy for digital display
• Comfort guiding change, presenting a recommendation to a product owner, steering a one-off page request toward an existing template, or rolling out an updated template version based on expanded product needs.
• A talent for presenting recommendations, influencing decisions, and constructively clarifying requests while guiding stakeholders through process

• Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Figma, Confluence, SharePoint, and Storybook are nice-to-have skills but not necessary
• Basic understanding of the functions of a CMS
• Project Management software basics
