Position: RN Labor and Delivery 20k Sign on Bonus

20,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates

External candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of RN experience to qualify for the Sign-On Bonus. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving 50+ miles from their current residence.

Labor and Delivery Shift - 7p - 7a Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the L&D for this role.

Our Labor and Delivery unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients.

Labor and Delivery Patient Population:

OB patients >20 weeks gestation

Patient Ratios:

1:2 (L&D); 1:2-3 (OB Triage- contingent on OB patient acuity, phase of care and census)

Number of Beds:

10 L&D rooms, 2 OB Triage

Fast-paced, positive teamwork, collaboration intra and interdisciplinary, good communication, accountable, flexible, open minded to problem solve in patient care, supportive of a culture of safety.
