• Conducting and facilitating RAI assessments for residents

• Coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive assessments

• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Conduct and facilitate RAI assessments for residents, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation
