About the Role:As a Lead CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents according to established policies and procedures. You will ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained, and that residents receive the attention and support they need to thrive. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform vital signs and report any changes to licensed nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and safety
- Assists with supervising and training CNA staff, as needed

- Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire
- Previous nursing facility experience preferred
