Recycle NOW is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman. In this vital role, you will assist the local supervisor in delivering exceptional valet doorstep trash collection services within your assigned territory. As a foreman, you will take charge of nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties when team members are unavailable, ensuring that service standards remain high.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting thorough walk-throughs of properties experiencing service issues to uphold quality control. Additionally, you'll perform courtesy check-ins with onsite team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

To excel as a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman at Recycle NOW, you will need a combination of leadership skills, effective communication, and strong attention to detail. A valid pickup truck is essential for performing nightly collections, with mileage reimbursement provided. Proficiency with a smartphone is necessary for timekeeping and tracking collections, ensuring smooth operations. Availability from 7 PM to 12 AM, Sunday through Thursday, is crucial to meet the demands of this role.
