Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Description: The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure quality service is provided to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure that all guest feedback is received throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure all staff is adhering to local food and beverage liquor board guidelines.

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety, alcohol safety and sanitation regulations.

• Must have experience in a supervisory role within restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service.
• 2+ years of restaurant experience.
• Bar experience.
• Fast casual restaurant experience.
• Day Shift (Preferred).
• Night Shift (Preferred).
• Weekend availability.
• Holidays availability.
