Be the first point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed;
Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers;
Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices;
Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders.
