CARE client specialist, you will have responsibilities that span across sales support and operations. Responsibilities include helping drive sales growth for new and existing accounts and managing the day‑to‑day aspects related to customer service, billing and claims processing. Successful candidates are highly organized, possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs. Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft Office.

AboutThe Role
The Inside Sales Specialist will provide sales support for the outside sales team and branches by promoting and selling cool
CARE Labor Protection Plans to meet or exceed company objectives. This individual will be responsible for soliciting orders, prospecting for customers, and building relationships with licensed HVAC and plumbing contractors through outbound calls.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to HVAC and plumbing contractors.
- Communicate the benefits of cool
CARE Labor Protection Plans to generate interest from prospective customers. - Schedule follow‑up appointments for the cool
CARE Product Specialist to meet with interested prospects, with the goal of signing up new contractors. - Utilize the cool
CARE CRM system to conduct calls, track activity, and document interactions with prospects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to identify and sell to customer needs.
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, call center, or appointment setting preferred.
- Results‑driven with strong time management skills.
- Self‑motivated, persistent, and persuasive.
- Organized, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls to establish business relationships.
