Account Manager, Traveler Services

About the Role

As a consultative partner to Traveler Services clients, you will build relationships, open doors, and deliver tailored solutions powered by Cirium’s suite of aviation analytics. Your mission is to help customers harness our data, solutions, and insights to drive growth while always prioritizing their best interests.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities to expand market share and increase penetration of Cirium’s aviation analytics solutions in existing and new accounts.
  • Achieve new business acquisition and renewal targets for assigned accounts and sectors, ensuring consistent revenue growth on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and detailed account plans to maximize revenue growth and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Cirium’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients and prospects.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to offer right‑fit solutions that align with customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including product, marketing, consultancy and customer success—to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Share best practices, sales strategies and market insights across the sales team to enhance overall performance.
  • Monitor developments and trends within the aviation and travel industries to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Engage actively with industry networks, supporting and creating structures/platforms for customer‑to‑customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Direct B2B sales experience in data and/or software, preferably in aviation or travel.
  • Over five years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record in value‑based selling.
  • Track record of meeting revenue targets through effective sales campaigns.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on building strong processes that generate consistent pipeline and deal flow.
  • Self‑starter, coachable, and dedicated to continuous sales skill development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and forecasting abilities.
  • Ability to multi‑thread within buying organizations and build consensus across matrixed buying committees.
  • Experience utilizing next‑generation sales technologies (AI, social, video, sequencing, multi‑touch) to enhance prospecting and outreach.
  • Deep understanding of high‑performance sales fundamentals and consistent daily/weekly behaviors.
  • High resilience, quick learner, and strong focus on developing craft and skill.
  • Hybrid office requirement – 3 days a week (Tuesday‑Thursday).
Compensation

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $70,800 – $117,800. Total Target Cash: $108,800 – $181,200. Geographic differentials may apply.
