Sales Development Representative – KMS Lighthouse

As a Sales Development Representative you will be hunting new business within the USA. Responsibilities- Manage, engage, and qualify leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients for our Account Executives
- Research and engage with leads using cold calling, Linked In, email campaigns, events and other advanced tools
- Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to track lead performance and analyze campaigns and approaches which are most successful
- Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory (USA)
- Follow the KMS Lighthouse sales process to manage a high‑activity pipeline of leads
- Conduct high‑level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
- Partner with Account Executives to coordinate discovery calls and demos with qualified leads
- 1+ years of prior experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS
- Proven ability to create a qualified sales pipeline
- Prior experience with Hub Spot is beneficial
- Highly motivated, driven, and self‑starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience selling to Call Center/Customer Experience is an advantage
