Key Account Manager – Food & Beverage (CA410)

Join us in the role of Key Account Manager – Food & Beverage at Chem‑Aqua, Inc.

We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build and protect Chem‑Aqua’s reputation as a world‑class water treatment provider. The KAM is part of a team of sales leaders that creates opportunities for growth by driving sales from a corporate level down to a local level. With a focus on company revenue and profitability, KAMs view water treatment from a customer’s viewpoint and help our organization deliver on that vision.

This position is remote and no relocation is required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the food or beverage manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Persistent, patient, and extremely ethical.
  • Team‑player with awareness of corporate account sales and customer service plans across the Chem‑Aqua target market.
  • Ability to navigate complex personalities to create win‑win scenarios.
  • Focus on revenue and profitability.
  • Capability to review field reports, ensure compliance, and identify ROI opportunities.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts in the Food & Beverage portfolio.
  • Maintain relationships with contacts at corporate and local levels.
  • Assist local sales reps and managers to open new portfolio accounts.
  • Guard the reputation of Chem‑Aqua as a high‑quality service provider.
  • Ensure technical competence of field representatives and communicate ROI opportunities.
  • Review FSR compliance and written reports; address quality and compliance issues.
  • Upsell value‑added opportunities in existing locations and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct account reviews with corporate customers and related Sales Managers.
  • Identify new prospects for corporate accounts (boiler, cooling, wastewater, odor control).
  • Target and assist in closing individual locations when appropriate.
