Outside Sales - Roofing Team Pay Range

Base: $55,000.00/yr - $/yr (provided by Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors LLC). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

We're growing fast and looking for motivated individuals to help us expand into new neighborhoods. As part of Outside Sales - Roofing Team, you'll help homeowners with roof inspections and insurance restoration.

Responsibilities

Door-to-door homeowner engagement and lead generation
Setting appointments and explaining inspection benefits
Assisting customers through insurance claims and repairs
Running leads and performing roof inspections

Requirements

Eager to connect with the community and build relationships
Must own a vehicle and a ladder (or be open to buying one)
Comfortable on rooftops and able to lift 70 lbs
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license
