Associate Sales Development Representative

Epsilon is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. As an Associate SDR, you will support the sales team by identifying and creating new qualified opportunities across a range of advertising, marketing, and media solutions. You will report to the Manager, Sales Development.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct high‑volume prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Sales Development to develop and refine the sales development playbook.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaigns to drive demand.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and direct daily activities to align with targeted objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
  • Experience with companies selling multiple, complex technology products is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic sales principles and techniques, including lead generation and qualification, is a plus.
Work Requirements
  • This role requires being in the office full time.
