Overview
Epsilon is seeking an Associate Sales Development Representative to participate in our New Grad Program. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to grow their career in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and social channels to build rapport and convey Epsilon value.
- Generate and qualify leads, achieving performance metrics such as number of leads generated, conversion rate of leads to sales opportunities, and outbound calls/emails.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal partners to build networking opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related Business focus (preferred).
- 0‑1 years of professional work experience with familiarity in a B2B environment.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and web leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
