We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist for a 2-month contract. In this role, you will conduct in-depth interviews with top-performing sales representatives to capture best practices and collaborate with our operational team to support data collection for our Pathway to Gold initiative—a blueprint of top performers. Your work will be instrumental in gathering actionable insights to advance our sales enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured interviews with selected sales professionals and leaders, following a provided framework and list of questions.
- Ask open-ended questions and skillfully guide conversations to ensure comprehensive and insightful responses.
- Record detailed notes and key takeaways from each interview, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Document interview outcomes in Word, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to understand priorities and deadlines, managing your workload efficiently to meet project milestones.
- Maintain professionalism throughout the interview and documentation process.
- Provide regular progress updates and promptly escalate any challenges or delays.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement teams to identify and support key data points for our sales journey.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in interviewing, sales enablement, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and elicit meaningful insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple interviews and deadlines simultaneously.
- Meticulous note-taking abilities and attention to detail in documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management, with a programmatic approach to data organization.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Sales Operations and/or sales is a plus.
