Inside Sales Representative

Staffmark is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our partner company in Irving, TX. In this position, you'll manage order processing, provide customer support, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, and logistics teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday-Friday (some flexibility with start time)

• Process customer orders and quotations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
• Review and confirm order details including pricing, shipping, terms, and export compliance.
• Manage distribution and service order processing to ensure AS9100 contract compliance.
• Coordinate shipping (domestic & international) and prepare export documentation, EEI filings, and freight tracking.
• Generate and send invoices, ensuring billing accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Maintain customer and vendor portals as an administrator.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and certifications for quotes.
• Follow up on sales leads, open quotes, and assist management with forecasting and reporting.
• Support trade shows, demo units, and rental equipment tracking.
• Perform visual compliance checks on customers and end users.
• Maintain ECCN, HTS, and tariff compliance for products.
• Process U.S. Commerce export licenses in SNAP-R and maintain related documentation.
• Process and distribute customer invoices.
• Coordinate and apply customer prepayments and credit card transactions.
• Track A/R aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

• 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience required (manufacturing or aviation industry preferred).
• Associate degree, military experience, or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and export compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
