Base Pay Range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Physician Sourcing Agent to join our Irving, TX office. This is a fast-paced, in-office sales role ideal for someone who thrives on challenge and building relationships.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our network of top-tier locum tenens physicians while contributing directly to our company’s success.

• Source candidates through cold calling, texting, emailing and provided tools
• Screen candidates and determine eligibility for assignments
• Onboard candidates and coordinate internal credentialing
• Maintain candidate pipeline credentials & availability
• Coordinate with Placement Agents to advance candidates
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Must have 1-3 years of phone sales or cold calling experience
• Prefer 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
• Experience in healthcare staffing is preferred
• Ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and working toward shared goals
