• Prospecting new business
• Overseeing staff activities and customer requests
• Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
• Present a streamlined technology solution and develop a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
• Travel regularly to meet with key clients

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• 5‑7 years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a focus on ocean and air
• High energy, passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
• Self‑starter with strong organization and presentation skills
