Responsibilities- Prospecting new business
- Overseeing staff activities and customer requests
- Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Present a streamlined technology solution and develop a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
- Travel regularly to meet with key clients
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- 5‑7 years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a focus on ocean and air
- High energy, passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
- Self‑starter with strong organization and presentation skills
