As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Rep
, you’ll spend your days connecting with leads, learning what customers need, and recommending the right auto, home, life, and other insurance products. You’ll have warm leads to work on, along with hands‑on training and licensing assistance, so you can build your skills and confidence from day one.

This is an in‑office position with a team that values being driven, accountable, friendly, intentional, and committed to integrity. You’ll have people around you who want to see you improve, while still being expected to take ownership of your goals and results.

First‑year earnings are around $55,000-$75,000
, with opportunities to earn more through performance and bonuses. As the agency expands, strong performers can move into senior sales, leadership, or management roles, with a potential path toward agency ownership.

• Generate new business through insurance quotes and sales.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Cross‑sell additional products to new and existing customers.
• Build relationships, referrals, and five‑star customer reviews.
• Maintain accurate notes, sales activity, and follow‑up tasks.
• Meet individual and agency sales and production goals.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
• Goal‑oriented with consistent follow‑up habits.
• Driven, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Coachable and eager to learn and improve.
• No college degree required.
