Sales Support Coordinator-Japanese Bilingual

Location: Irving, TX 75038

Salary: Around $40,000 (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Hybrid: On-site 4 days / Remote Wednesdays

We are looking for a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Support Coordinator to support customer orders, quotations, sales documentation, and communication with customers and vendors.

No previous sales experience is required. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in an office environment.

• Communicate with customers and vendors in Japanese and English
• Process customer orders and prepare quotations
• Enter and maintain sales data
• Review sales orders and invoices
• Prepare sales and shipping reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations

• Business-level Japanese and English required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Able to commute to the Irving office
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Office, customer service, administrative, or sales support experience is a plus, but not required
