? International Guard Services (IGS) is seeking experienced, confident Security Supervisors to oversee operations and set the standard for professionalism and safety.

Your Role as a Security Supervisor

• Supervise, mentor, and support on‑duty security officers
• Conduct patrols and ensure strict post and policy compliance
• Control property access and enforce safety procedures
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate shift and incident reports
• Serve as a key point of contact for management and clients

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Active Level II or Level III Security Guard License
• Previous security experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 2 years of security experience
• Reliable transportation
• Familiarity with report writing E-Hub and Track Tik (Daily Activity Reports, Checkpoints)
• Follow Company Policies and Procedures, and Post Orders
• Must possess a Social Security Card or current work authorization
• Must maintain a working cell phone
• DD‑214 if applicable (Honorable Discharge)
