Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an ongoing basis;
Perform exterior painting of guest entrances, porches, outdoor pool area and most other exterior painted surfaces;
Keep the hotel decor in good condition;
Clean all work areas after completing job;
Thoroughly understand the fire alarm procedures.
