Installer - Bleachers

Job Summary

We are looking for Installers in the Dallas, Texas area that are skilled and knowledgeable in the installation of Bleachers.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily, with or without accommodations. • Available and willing to travel extensively to job sites for extended periods of time.
• Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Possess a strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Knowledge of tools and basic operating use.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations including PPE and OSHA standards.
• Unloading trucks.
• Inspect and clean surface in preparation for material.
• Ability to follow supervisor’s instructions.
• Organized and capable of meeting deadlines as an individual or as a team.
• Positively represent the company.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam.

• Practical work experience to this position.
• Experience preferred with installation of bleachers or similar products.
• Ability to read installation blueprints.
• Ability to communicate well with project manager and supervisors.
• Foster positive teamwork relationships with fellow employee owners.
• Ability to use and read a tape measure.
• Comprehension and knowledge of power tools (electrical or battery drills, saws, grinders, impact torque drivers, table saws, hammer drills, etc.)
• Team-oriented with leadership potential able to work well under pressure, follow orders, and report issues to supervisors or project managers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and the ability to follow instructions to wire motors and limit switches.

• Effectively communicate and follow oral and written instructions.
• Possess arm, hand, and finger dexterity to use when reaching and handling materials and equipment.
• The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand.
• Must be able to climb a ladder, scaffolding and stairs.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Stand or walk for 8+ hours.
• Must have ability to lift both arms overhead.
