Maintenance Technician - Contract Position (Maintenance)
THIS IS A CONTRACT (Form 1099) POSITION
As a contractor, you must provide proof of liability Insurance.
The position rotates between hotels in a given market for one week at a time to fix maintenance issues.
Maintenance Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform required maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Maintain hotel fixtures.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical equipment repair.
- Install and repair kitchen appliances, PTACs, and interior/exterior walls, siding, roof, landscape, concrete, interior carpet, floors, or stairs.
- Assist with cleaning duties or prep rooms as needed.
- Ensure all known issues are repaired at the end of each shift.
