Location: Irving, TX
ChallengeCustomer contacted DSS to install a new IP video intercom system.
Solutions Provided- Installed a new IP video intercom system designed for a commercial setting. This included (1) IP Video/Intercom stations at the entry door and (1) IP desk station.
- The IXG Mobile App can receive calls from intercom stations, unlock doors, and monitor doors.
- We replaced and reconfigured the Gateway on our network everything was working and we were able to get mobile apps to work.
