Senior Full Stack Java Lead, VP

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and system standards.
• Provide expertise in application programming, ensuring design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Integrate business areas such as architecture and infrastructure to accomplish business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and Citigroup policies.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming.
• Senior level experience in an Applications Development role.
• Successful management and implementation of projects.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

• Java/J2EE:
  Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Web, Rest API.
• Languages:
  
  Java 17, JavaScript.
• Databases:
  MySQL, Oracle, Mongo
  
  DB, JPA, Hibernate ORM, PL/SQL.
• Web Technologies:
  React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, XML.
• Dev Ops & Cloud:
  Linux, Maven, Gradle, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, MQ, Kafka, AWS.
• Tools:
  Git/Github, Postman, SOAP UI, Intelli
  
  J IDEA, Eclipse, SQL Developer.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
