Join Citi as a senior programmer analyst tasked with developing regulatory compliance applications using Reghub, Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Python, and big data technologies.

• Participate in projects that develop regulatory compliance applications built in Reghub.
• Engage in the requirements analysis process and document business requirements.
• Migrate data from one platform to a different big‑data storage system.
• Generate trading reports for government submissions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Use programming and database tools such as SQL Developer, Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, Hadoop, Elastic, Mongo
  
  DB.
• Build testing scenarios and plans, conduct unit tests per test plans and cases.
• Provide code reviews and document application design and development processes.

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior associate, technology automation developer, senior systems engineer, or related position involving data structure and reporting solutions.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, Python; code reviews and debugging; data structure and algorithms.
• Proficiency in machine learning / AI technologies and relational database management with SQL Developer, Mongo
  
  DB, Elastic, Hadoop.
• Optimization of data structures for data quality and data mart efficiency.
• Participation in the full software development life cycle.
• Analysis, mapping, documentation of business requirements and translation into technical specifications.
