• Take the lead in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
• Use your deep understanding of SQL to handle data and ensure the seamless flow of information in our systems.
• Implement Agile methodologies to create software that is adaptable to changing needs and can be delivered quickly and efficiently.
• Mentor junior developers, guiding them through complex tasks and helping them grow their skills.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and to maintain the highest level of quality in our software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our software, providing long‑term solutions and improvements.
• Keep up‑to‑date with latest technology trends to ensure our software remains current and competitive.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on SQL and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers, with a track record of successful software delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of coding languages and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with an ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
