JOB :
Java Developer

Job duties include:

Work on day-to-day tasks using Java and Spring framework and report the same at the stand-up meetings.

Interact with business analysts, product owners on a day-to-day basis to better understand requirements and work towards achieving the desired output. Actively participate in the daily stand-up meetings to give an update on progress and discuss future work strategies.

Work with different Spring frameworks to develop web services with REST and SOAP architecture.

Utilize Hibernate framework to relate Java objects with database entities to store/maintain data on Oracle database.

Write efficient SQL queries for underlying Oracle database operations to ensure high performance for retrieving or updating user data.

Work with Bitbucket as a version control repository to manage source code and development projects.

Utilize build and deploy tools like Jenkins to manage the deployment of applications once developed.

Write unit tests using JUnit framework for the code developed using Java and other backend frameworks. Utilize Karma tests to test.

Work on JUnit test cases to ensure each line/unit of code developed works as per the expected output.

Address incident tickets promptly to assist users with reported issues.
