Job Responsibilities

Develop and deliver features for mobile applications and libraries.

Follow agile methodology and attend daily scrum calls for updates from the team.

Interact with clients for product requirements and provide daily updates on the JIRA Board for project progress tracking.

Design, write, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable application code using Java or Kotlin.

Design and develop different modules in the applications using Recycler View, Adapters, Widgets, Text Views, Buttons, and Edit Text.

Track application behavior and performance using the Crashlytics tool for real-time data.

Interact with the Quality Assurance team daily to maintain and resolve application bugs related to performance and quality.

Refactor old application Java code into Kotlin for better supportability and improved performance.

Use different third-party libraries with Gradle for various purposes, such as Retrofit for backend services, Glide for image processing, and Dagger 2 for dependency injection.

Translate UI designs or wireframes into pixel-perfect user screens using XML, Material Design, and Constraint Layouts.

Design and implement automation testing in applications for better performance using Espresso as the testing tool.

Document error handling in applications for better understanding of potential issues.

Document classes for better understanding of application implementations.

Perform PR reviews daily to maintain code quality of the applications.

Estimate tasks, deliver on commitments, and prioritize activities accordingly.
