THE ROLE
Are you an innovative full stack developer with a strong foundation in web development, object-oriented design, and financial/accounting systems? We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge applications. If you are passionate about web application development, financial data integrity, and eager to apply your skills with the latest technologies, this opportunity is for you!
WHATYOU’LL DO
- Write Well-Designed Code: Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable full stack solutions that adhere to project plans and industry standards.
- Build REST Endpoints: Create robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.
- Database Management: Design, construct, and optimize complex MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting functions, especially for financial/accounting systems.
- Financial/Accounting Systems Development: Work on applications that process, report, and reconcile financial and accounting data with accuracy and compliance.
- Agile
Collaboration:
Work professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers. - Mentor & Guide: Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a hands-on coding expert in software development, delivering solutions that meet business and financial needs.
- Meet Sprint Commitments: Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in developing full stack web applications.
- Strong background working with financial/accounting systems or applications
. - Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF).
- Expert-level MS SQL skills including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React) and UI libraries such as Bootstrap.
- Cloud platform experience (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proven experience as a full stack developer
