Software Developer, Backend Developer, Cloud Engineer - Software

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Developer in Irving, TX. Key Tasks:

• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining full stack products;
  This role writes production-ready and testable code
• Work in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Work with Spring integration with Apache Kafka and AMQP
• Implement experience with No
  
  SQL databases including Cassandra, DuckDB and Parquet
• Use React
  
  JS to build modern web applications
• Containerization using Docker and deployment in Rancher/Kubernetes
• Work with Jenkins pipelines to build and update deployment pipeline
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
• Create optimal design adhering to architectural best practices
• Consider scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
• Implement REST API design and specifications, building REST API with Swagger
• Utilize CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar, and Black duck

Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following:

• Containerization using Docker and deployment in Rancher/Kubernetes
• Implementing experience with No
  
  SQL databases including Cassandra, DuckDB and Parquet
• Working with Jenkins pipelines to build and update deployment pipeline
• Implementing REST API design and specifications, building REST API with Swagger
• Utilizing CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar, and Black duck

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
