Senior Full Stack Developer; React and C#​/.NET Core

Location: Irving, TX

Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer who remains highly hands-on and enjoys contributing to both application development and higher-level technical decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the full stack, particularly with React, JavaScript, C#, and .NET Core
, along with a strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET Core, React, and Java Script
• Make and communicate architectural and technical design decisions
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
• Evaluate different technical approaches and explain the reasoning behind architectural decisions
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software across the application stack
• Collaborate with other developers and technical stakeholders on application design and implementation
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to long-term solutions
• Continue writing production-quality code while providing senior-level technical guidance

• Approximately 15+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong, recent hands-on development experience
• Strong proficiency with C# and .NET Core
• Strong experience with React and Java Script
• Solid full-stack development background
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture
• Ability to explain the reasoning behind technical and architectural decisions
• Experience designing and developing scalable applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, onsite environment

• 4 days per week onsite in Irving, TX with 1 remote day
• Candidates must be comfortable remaining hands-on with development
• A mandatory onsite technical interview is part of the process

Estimated Min Rate: $49.00

Estimated Max Rate: $70.00
