Hands-on Java + React full-stack engineer
. Wants someone who can operate as a technical lead when needed but is still a very strong individual contributor who can personally produce a lot of code.

Coming from JPMorgan and they love to see ppl form there. Tenure is important for them, they do not like job hoppers.

• 10+ years Java development
  — this looks like the biggest requirement.
• Strong ReactJS
  experience; needs to be genuinely full stack, not a Java developer who has only touched UI.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or technical/engineering discipline — required.
• Experience designing scalable applications
  and applying design patterns
  .
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, telemetry/observability, and non-functional requirements
  .
• Senior enough to lead other engineers
  , but still highly hands-on.
• Demonstrated initiative: curious, continuous learner, doesn't wait to be assigned every task.
• Experience actually using AI-assisted development/coding tools
  effectively.
• LARGE ENTERPRISE EXPERIENCE

Cyber/IAM experience and a Master’s in CS.

• 10+ Years experience developing Java Solutions with ReactJS experience and Database development experience.
• Able to lead engineers and/or able to be a coding machine depending on assignment.
• Someone that is curious and continuous learner. Doesn’t wait for Tasks
• Uses AI Assisted tooling effectively to complete coding assignments effectively
• Understand CICD, Telemetry and non-functional requirements
• Has experience with design patterns and able to scale applications
• Cyber IAM experience is nice to have.
• Masters in CS is nice to have but bachelors in CS or technical/engineering discipline is a must
