- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Deep AWS architecture and implementation expertise, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora, ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC, Cloud Watch
- Terraform and/or Cloud Formation (Infrastructure as Code)
- Strong database experience with Aurora, RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems
- Cloud-native, event-driven architecture design and implementation
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Cursor AI
- AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred
- Act as a hands-on Architect/Principal Engineer building secure, scalable, cloud-native platform services.
- Lead architecture design, modernization, cloud migration, technical decisions, and performance optimization.
- Drive best practices for design patterns, software engineering, database design, data modeling, query optimization, and high-availability architectures.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, data-intensive applications.
- Recent hands-on Java/Spring Boot development experience.
- Strong AWS architecture background beyond basic service usage.
