As a Full Stack Java Developer
, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React technologies. You will be a valued member of the application development team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams to build high-quality digital solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices that support business-critical applications.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to support successful project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Irving, Texas. What you need to have to be considered- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong hands-on experience building full-stack solutions using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
3. - Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Dev Ops practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and code quality skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience implementing AI chatbot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Generative AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
- Experience mentoring and leading technical discussions.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, and performance best practices.
