Director, at Northbound Executive SearchOur client within the PE industry is looking for an Aviation Operations Specialist to join their team:
Job descriptionThis person acts as a corporate flight dispatcher for private aircraft:
- Schedule domestic and international trips for executives, partners, and portfolio company leadership
- Coordinate with pilots and flight crews on routes, timing, and aircraft readiness
- Monitor flight status and proactively adjust plans for weather, airspace, or operational changes
- Handle international flight clearances, permits, and overflight/landing approvals
- Manage CAA (European Civil Aviation Authority) compliance for European operations
- Prepare and manage all flight documentation
- Track aircraft logs, permits, and operational records
- Maintain trip files and compliance documentation
- Charter or fractional aircraft ops
- International corporate flight operations
