• Deliver exceptional client service by resolving requests efficiently and communicating proactively
• Inspect every vehicle before parking it, documenting all findings
• Explain valet rates and policies to guests
• Observe all traffic laws and practice safe driving at all times
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management immediately
• Navigate the local area confidently using knowledge of major streets, landmarks, and freeways
• Arrive on time in full, clean uniform for every scheduled shift
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned

• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) — a plus
• Availability for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends as needed
• Proof of U.S. work eligibility with valid documentation
• Professional communication skills for handling customer concerns calmly
• Basic math skills to process payments and understand instructions
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and adapt to changing situations

This role requires regular standing, walking, and handling cash and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, and balancing are needed. You must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
