What You Will Be Doing

The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for working in a closed-door, fast-paced pharmacy production line and will be involved in the processing and shipping of prescription orders.

Main Responsibilities

• Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
• Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers for delivery to stores.
• Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
• Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment.
• Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions.
• Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices.
• Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation as requested.
• Assist Inventory Technicians as requested.
• Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience

• Required:
  • High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.
