Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, Central Fill (2nd Shift)
Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center works in a fast‑paced pharmacy production line, responsible for processing, inspecting, and shipping prescription orders. Shift work is typical 40‑hour week with occasional overtime. The position is based in Irving, TX, and shifts are Sunday through Thursday, 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Main Responsibilities
- Follow and promote proper pharmacy, general safety, and security procedures and processes of the company.
- Assist with preparation of intra‑facility transfers (i.e., completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores.
- Maintain automated production lines, inspect and prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
- Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment and ship completed totes to stores.
- Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions.
- Monitor and maintain uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, troubleshooting routine errors.
- Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation as requested.
- Assist Inventory Technicians and participate in inventory audits.
- Other duties as assigned in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety, productivity, and efficient work practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional image with proper grooming.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with inventory management systems, scanning equipment, conveyor or robotic lines.
- Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience.
- Comfort working in a closed‑door environment with no customer interaction or phone work.
- Good computer and math skills.
