Responsibilities

  • Receiving all freight material deliveries made to FSG
  • MUST have freight knowledge
  • Responsible for checking material to match the packing slips
  • Responsible for inspecting and reporting damages, shortages, shipping errors, and notating the BOL of such
  • Responsible for receiving the material into the system (PO, DO, WT, PORM)
  • Responsible for RGA'S for shipping errors
  • Responsible for printing receiving labels
  • Responsible for taking orders to the shipping department
  • Responsible for taking orders to the ship complete department for ship complete and tag and hold orders
  • Responsible for taking return material to the returns department
  • Responsible for communicating with the IC Group on discounted items and description changes
  • Responsible for adding line notes in ICIB for item clarification
  • Responsible for daily inspection of the forklift and report any needed repairs and or hazards
  • Responsible for training new employees assigned to receiving department on procedures and processes
  • Responsible for the organization and appearance of the receiving area, as well as the appearance of the warehouse and bins
  • Responsible to help with all aspects of the warehouse when asked by supervisor and or manager
  • Responsible to follow all process procedures given in writing and or verbal
  • Daily work:
  • Receiving and staging material per the responsibilities listed above and all other warehouse responsibilities requested by immediate manager or another FSG manager

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
