Job Description

Warehouse Associate – JM Bullion (Dallas, Texas) – Full‑time, Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 7am‑4pm). Join a fast‑growing online retailer of precious metals and support our distribution center operations.

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met.
• Remove completed or defective items, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or loading docks.
• Welcome delivery trucks and receive shipments.
• Embark merchandise into delivery trucks using appropriate tools.
• Handle fragile merchandise carefully.
• Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.
• Tag, label, and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with procedures and standards.
• Prepare all orders for shipment.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Operate merchandise management tools (e.g., forklift).
• Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift operation certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory and logistics software.
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Team player with good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (10‑Key preferred).
• Availability:
  Monday to Friday, 7am‑4pm.
