Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash and recycling bins. Cleaning and maintaining floors, racking, and general areas.
- Waste Disposal:
  - Transporting trash and waste to designated disposal areas and compacting cardboard using trash compactors or designated tools.
- Organization and Stocking:
  - Organizing and removing trash, recycling, and surplus materials from the facility. May also involve restocking shelves and organizing inventory.
- Safety and Hazard Management:
  - Performing daily property walks to identify and address potential hazards. Ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to safety procedures.
Supporting Warehouse Operations:
- Assisting with receiving and shipping, including loading and unloading trucks, palletizing products, and preparing orders.
Inventory Control:
- Assisting with inventory counts and ensuring accurate stock levels.
General Support:
- Providing general support to the warehouse team with various tasks as directed by supervisors.
Communication:
- Communicating with supervisors and other team members regarding any issues, maintenance needs, or supply requests.
